A current vaccination certificate must be produced for all cats upon arrival. No cats will be accepted without an up-to-date certificate for Infectious Enteritis and Feline Influenza (Cat Flu).
- Boarding fees will be charged for the day of arrival and the day of departure . If a cat is collected before the end of the period booked, fees are still payable for the whole of the booked period. This is necessary as we may have had to refuse other bookings. Delivery and collection outside normal hours may be pre arranged.
- A deposit may be requested for bookings. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, if less than seven days notice is given.
- In the event that a deposit is not taken and a booking is cancelled with 7 days or less notice the cattery reserves the right to invoice the cat owner for those days unable to be re let.
- We request that all boarding charges be paid by either cash or card in full on collection.
- We do not accept un-neutered male cats over 6 months of age due to hygiene issues.
- If any cat boarding is found to have an infestation of fleas or worms on arrival the management reserve the right to treat the cat at the owners expense.
- Please remove collars prior to admittance and ensure cats are transported in a secure basket. No responsibility will be taken for pets arriving until they are in their units.
- To maximise security and the privacy for boarding guests, viewing is by appointment only.
- Whilst cats boarding at Rosegreen Country Cattery receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at the risk of the owner. Should any cat fall ill whilst being boarded the management reserve the right to call a vet and act upon his advice and the expenses incurred be met by the owner of the cat.
